HEALTH ORGANISATION WELFARE

Our mission

Building a world where everyone counts, with equitable health and well-being for all.

Who we are

Health Organisation Welfare (HOW) is a registered, non-profit public health organisation established in Cameroon in July 2019. The organization was conceived in November 2018 in Dschang by a multidisciplinary coalition of public health professionals responding to recurrent disease outbreaks and the escalating humanitarian crisis affecting internally displaced persons and refugees in Cameroon and across parts of West and Central Africa.

Founded by epidemiologists, physicians, medical laboratory scientists, nurses, and development practitioners, HOW was created to advance health equity and strengthen the resilience of vulnerable communities.
